Pros

I have worked at IBM for a while now and can comfortably say that they are a brilliant employer. Exceptionally supportive and inclusive and the experience surrounding you is incredible.

Cons

Quite overwhelming when you start there. With us being such a large company you have to be prepared for a huge amount of information to come your way.
