Tarik Aboussir, VP – Operations, has been a part of Firstsource for over 20 years, beginning his career as an associate, fresh out of college and progressing through the ranks to lead large operations teams. What inspires him at work is the leadership vision, agility, innovation, and the diversity people bring through their unique skills.
As a leader at the forefront of driving workplace equality, Vipul Khanna, MD & Chief Executive Officer - Firstsource joined the Laddrr team on the NYSE podium to ring the closing bell on Women’s Equality Day 2022. Firstsource is partnering with Laddrr on their mission to step up the careers of 10 million moms, by reimagining the landscape for working women and closing the gender opportunity gap. We’re excited to be a part of this initiative and work towards building the future of work that is equal and nurtures true diversity.
#GrowthAtFirstsource Vipin V K, Director – Software, has been a part of Firstsource for over 17 years. He began his career at Firstsource as a software developer, fresh out of college, and has since risen through the ranks to lead a team of 15 + people, responsible for designing, developing and implementing various digital collections applications. He has worked with global clients including major card providers in the US, leading private banks in India, clinical companies in the UK and various hospitals in the US Healthcare sector.
Firstsource Hyderabad celebrated PRIDE month with pomp and splendor packed with quizzes, photo-ops and a glorious Pride Parade. The celebration was held to emphasize the importance of allies in ensuring that our LGBTQIA+ colleagues thrive in an intentionally inclusive, safe, and supportive environment where they can be their whole and authentic selves at work.
