Myntra's leadership recently came together to share ideas on fostering a culture of continuous learning, starting with themselves. The discussion kicked off with a focus on “Knowing your why” and evolved into an open, candid exchange of ideas. It wrapped up with a shared commitment to staying curious and making learning easy and enjoyable. This conversation is just one of many steps the Myntra L&D team is taking to empower Myntraites to prioritize learning, innovate, and lead - both at work and in any area where they strive to pave their way, successfully.
As part of our journey towards building a more inclusive workplace, we recently marked the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPwD), observed globally on December 3, with a powerful mime performance by GiftAbled on 29th November. This performance highlighted the challenges faced by persons with disabilities, educating us to have empathy and learn practical ways for better communication. It was a profound experience, underscoring the importance of understanding and connection in our workplace. At Myntra, we believe that an inclusive culture doesn’t happen by chance—it’s built through consistent effort and meaningful action. The mime performance was a reminder of the critical role we all play in creating a space where everyone can thrive, regardless of their abilities.
At Myntra, this International Men’s Day, we implemented a holistic approach, because we believe our gentlemen deserve to be celebrated, every day! In-line, with this year’s theme for International Men's Day - Men’s Health Champions, we implemented a four-fold program plan for Myntraites and 200+ Mynraites have enjoyed them! 1] Sound Therapy Session: This session introduced our employees to the calming vibes of Tibetan bowls and helped them to feel calm and rejuvenated 2] Building personal relationships: We collaborated with Mentoria to organize a workshop on effective communication between fathers and children to support Myntraites having a strong relationship with their children. 3] PSA Test: Myntra always focuses on the wellness and health of Myntraites. So, in collaboration with Prudent Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd., we organized the PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) test to encourage men to focus on their health, proactively. 4] Men’s Grooming Event: We ended the men’s day celebrations with a refreshing, relaxed and self-care-focused grooming session by Beardo for men!
MynTribe 2024 - The Family Day event at Myntra was celebrated yesterday, with great joy and pride. The event saw 1000+ Myntraites and their families visiting Myntra office. This event signifies the gratitude and appreciation Myntra has for all the contributions and the support the families extend to Myntraites, everyday. The event boasted of a variety of offerings - wellness, fun, entertainment, food, interactive art, talent show, leader speak, community support via plantation drive and above all, the smiles everyone had at the end of the day. There were takeaways arranged for the families and thank you notes with words of gratitude, which added to the memories that were created, to be cherished forever! We at Myntra look forward to creating more such MAGICal moments by being Great Together !

Our employee Samaritans came together to celebrate World Environmental Health Day in the most meaningful way. In collaboration with Diya Foundation, we engaged intellectually disabled children in a Paper Bag-Making Workshop combining creativity, community, and sustainability. 💚 This workshop was more than just crafting eco-friendly bags. It was an opportunity to share joy, promote inclusivity, and raise awareness about the importance of reducing plastic waste for a healthier planet. Working alongside these incredible children, we learned so much about the power of determination, teamwork, and the joy of creating something with our own hands. Together, we not only made beautiful paper bags but also took a small step towards a more sustainable future. A big thank you to Volunteer, Diya Foundation and all wonderful employees and children who participated and made the event successful. No The Myntra x Puma session was a thrilling blend of fashion, sports, and leadership! The synergies between the two brands were on full display, as Karthik Balagopalan, MD of Puma India, and Nandita Sinha, CEO of Myntra, engaged in a captivating discussion. They spoke about the evolving consumer landscape, the shift towards premiumization, the thriving sneaker culture and the mammoth potential of the performance category in India. We were also inspired by the life journeys of our special guests: P.R. Sreejesh, a two-time Olympic medalist in hockey, and Manasi Joshi, a world champion para-badminton player, highlighting the strength of collaboration and the power of pushing boundaries. A truly inspiring and insightful session!
