When you’ve taken a career break, especially for a decade, you start to doubt yourself. That’s the place I used to be until Phoenix happened to me. The Phoenix Program has been a transformative experience that helped me re-enter the workforce with confidence and renewed skills. I had taken a career break for almost a decade to focus on my family. While this period was rewarding in many ways, I found myself feeling uncertain about how to re-enter the professional world. The gap in my resume, coupled with rapidly evolving industry trends, left me feeling apprehensive about my prospects. The world had become a lot more digitized since I left it. Like anyone in my position, I began frantically applying for jobs everywhere and updated my resume on every job portal I could think of. When I received a call from Myntra, I frankly couldn’t believe it. But it was true - I am here! Phoenix proved to be the perfect solution. I was hired for a role I had never even heard of and I was given the opportunity to work on live, impactful projects. I had a supportive community of mentors, colleagues, and fellow participants who provided the training, encouragement, and collaboration that were instrumental in rebuilding my confidence. After successfully completing the six-month internship as a part of the Phoenix Program, Myntra recognized my potential and offered me a position that I truly deserved.
