Introducing the CFO at ValueLabs, Anshu Kedia. With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Anshu has extensive knowledge in Finance, Operations, and Information Systems. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. We asked Anshu what inspires her and what motivates her the most, and she replied: "Frankly, at ValueLabs, the motive of the company to help society at large motivates me to work harder and better each day. It is such a blissful experience when you know you have contributed to the improvement and upliftment of society at large. My motivation is my family. Talking about nostalgia and lessons learned in her career so far, we asked Raquel what advice she would like to give to her younger self. She has spent several years as a data scientist developing solutions and accelerators that have helped clients transform their businesses in various industries. She focuses on strategies and initiatives to set the company up for continued success in an evolving tech space. When asked what advice she would like to give future leaders, here's what she had to say: "Your success lies in how effectively you can make yourself redundant in your role. To do so, you'd have to find, back, and promote talent who can get the job done better than you can. You'd have to encourage other points of view and delegate. This practice has become an organic way to scale and experience the joy of seeing others succeed. There is this notion that redundant equals ineffective, but it's quite the opposite. And this has been one of the most significant lessons I have been taught how to make unselfish work a practice."
