We asked Rosemarie what inspires and motivates her, to which she responded by saying: "My first inspiration is my parents. Being an only child is not easy, and I have that innate gratitude for giving back the love and care of how my parents took care of me despite the struggle of poverty during my childhood. They motivated me to finish my studies because they never had that when they were young. Being by their side is my simple way to let them know that I love them. My second inspiration is my kids, as I want them to experience the things I never had during my childhood. They motivate me to be committed and work hard." Thank you, Rosemarie. Delegate things wherever possible; once done, you can focus on the rest if required.
