With 15+ years of experience in the HR domain, she is highly passionate, detail-oriented, and consistent. She works closely with all stakeholders of our employee success organization to maintain a healthy ‘company-employee’ connection. We asked Krystel what advice she would like to give future leaders, to which she replied: "Don't be afraid to bring professionals with more experience and expertise than yourself to the team. You don't need to be the one that knows how to solve an issue or accomplish a goal always. Most of the time, you will need to be someone who knows the team well enough to organize them for a specific project and make them rock. Leaders are the 'orchestra directors' who make their team members shine." Thank you, Krystel, for directing our little orchestra in Costa Rica!

Presenting Usha Tammavarapu, VP of Global Delivery at ValueLabs. With 13+ years of experience in the company, Usha works with clients in the UK & Europe to meet their business needs and objectives. Before this position, she was a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment, managing complex IT projects and leading global cross-functional teams to create comprehensive solutions to business challenges. We asked Usha what inspires or motivates her, to which she answered: “My inspiration? My children. Unlike our generation, where we had enough time given to us by our parents and grandparents, kids are very understanding these days. They help me by not disturbing me and sometimes arrange things for me as I attend important meetings. While I don’t want to be a ‘weekend mom’ for them, they still understand my responsibility as a leader for the company. They adapt to any situation while we adults still crib and blame the situation. In my opinion, they have superpowers that drive me and inspire me to make them feel proud of what I am today.”
