I wish I had more pros however I do think this company is in need of some serious restructuring. - opportunity for remote work - nice Toronto office

Cons

I worked on the property tax side of the business prior to the acquisition. The company is very executive heavy and these teams are spread amongst Canada, UK and US. Making for a lot of misalignment. The company is definitely very siloed and there is a desperate need for employee recognition. The path to growth within my role was never clear, and if there were opportunities they were never spoken about transparently amongst teams.

Cons

Lots of discussions about margin improvement, but leadership didnt tie this back to reviews, ratings or promotions. CEO seemed disinterested and handles the tax team departure poorly.
