Pros

Pros consist of a really great culture. Everyone that works here is like-minded and they have fair expectations. Work load is predictable and I think the teams are correctly staffed. Flexible in-office schedule is also a great plus.

Cons

Pay is probably lower than equivalent roles at different companies.

Pros

Fully remote for most Competitive pay, strong upward mobility. I worked there 5 years and went from entry-level engineer to a team lead

Cons

Poorly organized, especially around team structure and deployments Constant finger-pointing when anything goes wrong Unrealistic output expectations Easy upward mobility only for certain demographics of engineers Consistent layoffs

Pros

Benefits are quite strong depending on what team you are on. Generally a laid back environment where you’re able to learn a lot.

Cons

Pay is very capped and it will not grow unless you leave and potentially come back.

Pros

flexible working arrangements good work-life-balance if you can ignore the noise very standard corporate benefits

Cons

- multiple reorgs every year - multiple silent layoffs every year. coworkers will just disappear - persistent culture of low morale across teams - leadership lacks meaningful technical expertise. many come from consulting - decisions are pushed top-down, with individuals held accountable for outcomes they had no voice in - resource allocation and priorities frequently shift without clear rationale - VERY HEAVY reliance on off shore contractors, vastly outnumbering full-time staff on many teams - coworker average talent is low - team culture reflects low ownership and lack of accountability - institutional knowledge is virtually absent - nonexistent communication with stakeholders - upward feedback is ignored and never acted upon
